The house above was a project we did in Pensacola. We made minor repairs of wood rot, fixed the pool pump and cleaned the pool, painted the exterior, painted the living room, removed the popcorn ceilings in the living room, hall and entryway, refreshed the bathroom upstairs by painting, adding shiplap and replacing the flooring, put in a new vanity in the bathroom downstairs, decluttered the house and shed, cleaned up the landscaping, pressure washed the driveway, walkways, fence and patio and staged the house.
